Seattle Christmas Market is confirmed at Seattle Center for December 2026, but the published sources disagree about the final day. The operator's current calendar runs November 20–December 26. A Seattle Center announcement gives December 27 instead. This guide uses the operator's calendar and makes the discrepancy explicit: confirm your final trading or collection date directly before committing.
Checked on November 2, this guide is for makers assessing the practical commitment of a December market. A confirmed event does not establish that vendor spaces remain available.
Read the December timetable by period
The operator's 2026 schedule changes during December. Through December 13, weekdays are 4pm–9pm and weekends 11.30am–9pm. December 14–18 is listed as 11.30am–9pm; December 19–23 as 10am–9.30pm. Christmas Eve is 10am–7pm, Christmas Day is closed, and December 26 is listed as 11.30am–9pm.
Those are public hours, not loading instructions or a guarantee that your booking covers every day. Ask for the hours attached to your actual allocation and check for updates before arranging help or deliveries.
Why this guide does not promise December 27
The Seattle Center announcement dated October 30 mentions December 27. The operator's 2026 season announcement and current timetable end the regular run on December 26. We cannot reconcile those statements into a single guaranteed final day.
The operator also describes a separate New Year's Eve event. That is not evidence that craft booths operate for another full trading day or that a customer can collect an order then. Obtain written confirmation for any arrangement outside your allocated dates.
For the previous edition, the electrical supplier's dated exhibitor listing records November 20–December 24, 2025. It is included as historical context, not as the source for current hours, electrical provision or vendor terms.
Establish the application route and availability
The operator's contact page links its vendor portal. The sources checked here do not confirm a remaining December place, a current pitch price or an application deadline. A portal link is not a booking confirmation.
When enquiring, describe your product range clearly and ask whether your category is being considered. Request the allocated dates, total charges, cancellation terms, supplied equipment and selection process. Keep those details together so you can compare an actual offer with your production capacity.
Prepare photographs showing what you really make. Our product photography checklist is a practical starting point. Avoid promising a range or quantity that you cannot supply just to make an application look stronger.
Plan for a changing working day
The move from afternoon weekday opening to longer daytime trading changes how you organize production, travel and staffing. Write a rota that includes setup, breaks and closing work, then check that replenishment can happen within the permitted access arrangements.
Ask the organizer about storage, approved electrical equipment and delivery procedures. Historical supplier instructions are not a current permission to bring a heater or additional lighting. Use our market day checklist, adding the requirements from your own booking.
Test your payment arrangements and understand the provider's guidance for connection failures and refunds. Record sales, returns and stock changes daily so you can reconcile them without relying on memory after a long shift.
Give gift orders an achievable finish
Separate products that are ready to take home from commissions. State a realistic completion or pickup date before taking payment, and do not imply that dispatch guarantees arrival before Christmas. Check every collection against the confirmed hours for your own booth.
A real example of a maker's online range is Mirasol. One accurate catalog link helps someone revisit products later. Keep prices and availability current, test the QR code on a phone and ask permission before adding customers to marketing messages.
Compare the result with your alternatives
Track the whole cost of participating: materials, booth charges, packaging, travel, payment fees and any paid help. Account for your own time consistently. At the end, note what sold, what you would change and whether the allocation suited the way you make products.
For other December opportunities near Seattle, use the Mercader market finder and verify the original organizer's announcement for each result. Mercader offers a 14-day trial; finding a market is a research step, not a guarantee of acceptance or sales.
